What It Won’t Fix

• Paint overspray — if a roof or siding was painted and overspray landed on windows, trim, or nearby surfaces, that’s a paint removal job, not a washing job. We’ll flag this during your estimate rather than let you assume it will come off.
• Artillery fungus — small black or orange-brown specks that show up on siding near mulch beds. This is a fungus that shoots spores onto nearby surfaces and bonds tightly — it usually needs more than washing to fully remove, sometimes requiring surface repainting.
• Pre-existing cracks or structural damage — cleaning a cracked driveway won’t repair the crack; it’ll just be a clean crack.
• Deeply set stains like old rust or years-old oil stains may lighten significantly but not disappear completely in every case.
